Brian Seitz learned about the building industry at the knees of his father, who owned and operated Seitz Bros Exterminating located in northeastern PA. Brian who worked along side father was exposed to hundreds of Northeastern Pennsylvania homes, where he repeatedly encountered desperate homeowners dealing with defective crawlspaces, attics and basements.
After excelling 10+ years in the pest control industry, in 2005 Brian Seitz founded Seitz Bros. Environmental Team to provide mold testing and mold remediation services for new and existing homes. Brian has been able to make a difference in air quality of homes and better educate the public about the serious repercussions of mold in those spaces. Quite simply, he paved the way for healthier homes across Pennsylvania.
