Bed Bugs

3/16in oval-flat like appearance with six legs.

Habitat

Bed bugs live on and in mattresses, headboard, drawers, lamp covers and nearly everywhere in and around a bed. They feed off human blood. Female bed bugs can lay 1-5 eggs per day. Early stages of a bed bug life are hard to see in plain view as they are small, clear or white eggs. Bed bugs will only come out at night, however if the infestation is bad, you will see activity during the day. Brown spots and small oval like bugs will grant bed bugs activity.

How do they affect you?

Bed bugs suck your blood. They travel easy and guests staying over have a high chance of contracting them. They do not transmit any known diseases. They will leave small bite marks that are similar to a mosquito bite. Allergic reactions are common, creating a large, itchy rash on your body.
