Crawlspace Door
Vinyl Crawl Space Doors are a great alternative to a wood door that needs continual maintenance and replacement year after year. Seitz Bros. can manufacture and install a custom door for any size crawl space opening.
The doors are made of Fypon, which is a composite material and is waterproof and resistant to rot. It comes in a white finish that has no need for painting, but can be painted to match your vinyl siding or trim.
It can be weather stripped for absolute weather-tightness in the event of a conditioned crawl space.

Seitz Bros. Freeze Guard
Sump pump discharge lines can freeze, especially in the northeast. Pipe terminations can become covered with snow and ice in the winter. This is not a problem if you have the Seitz freeze guard.
The Seitz freeze guard allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason.
Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry. When the discharge pipe thaws, the water will automatically run along its normal route, and no water will escape from the Seitz freeze guard. There are no valves to turn, hoses to attach, or anything for the homeowner to do at all - it's totally automatic!
